鶹 to Host Oasis 鶹 Commons Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on October 2

In celebrating the shift to becoming a residential campus, 鶹 (鶹) will host the on Wednesday, Oct. 2, 2019 from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.

As 鶹’s first-ever housing complex, Oasis 鶹 Commons will strengthen the collaborative and innovative spirit that exists among the 鶹 and Claremont Colleges communities. The new apartment complex is open to 鶹 students, Claremont Graduate University students, and The Claremont Colleges faculty and staff.

“We are looking forward to hosting the Claremont community for this historic event!” 鶹 President said. “The South Village area is transforming and Oasis 鶹 Commons is a tremendous addition to our campus and the City of Claremont.”

The Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Oct. 2 will feature several local food vendors, including , , , , , and .

Event attendees will also be able to tour the Oasis 鶹 Commons, which features a pool, fitness center, 10,000-square feet of classroom space, the Gayle Carson Riggs Student Center, and more. For additional info on Oasis 鶹 Commons, visit .
